Zhou Ming Technology (300232) recently told reporters that the company will actively prepare for the application of LED related project suppliers in the Beijing Winter Olympics.

According to reports, "energy saving and environmental protection" has increasingly become the theme of major sports events, LED products with better energy-saving performance are gradually being widely used in event lighting or display screens. The selection of Olympic suppliers is strict. Zhouming Technology has accumulated experience in LED products for major sports events, and has undertaken the opening and closing stage column screens of the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. In addition, in 2011 and 2013, Chaon Ming Technology also undertook the LED display projects of major international events such as Shenzhen Universiade and Kazan Universiade. Recently, the 2015 World Swimming Championships also has application company related products.

The semi-annual report shows that in the first half of 2015, Zhouming Technology's net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of listed companies was 5,706,800 yuan, an increase of 139.47% over the previous year, and basic earnings per share was 0.28 yuan, an increase of 16.67%.
