The latest achievements of Jingyuan Optoelectronics: cool white LED light effect up to 162lm/W

On November 12, 2010, Jingyuan Optoelectronics announced a breakthrough result: high voltage (HV) LED die can achieve 162 lumens / watt in cool white light, making LED applications in lighting further.

The high-voltage DC integrated array LED die developed by Jingyuan Optoelectronics using the most advanced technology can meet the needs of environmental awareness such as energy saving and efficiency improvement, and is bound to become the mainstream of general lighting applications. Compared with traditional LEDs, due to the advanced and stable high-voltage chip design, high-voltage LED dies can show low energy consumption and high efficiency. The efficiency of the overall light output is enhanced by flexible voltage and current adjustments and simplified LED package and drive line design.
