According to the "Opinions on the Development of Semiconductor Lighting Energy-Saving Industry" jointly formulated by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology, the current development of semiconductor lighting has the drawbacks of testing equipment, testing methods and standards development work that cannot meet the requirements of rapid industrial development.
