Guoxin Tendering Group Co., Ltd. was entrusted by Beijing Chaoyang District Rural Work Committee to conduct domestic public bidding for the government procurement project of solar street lighting equipment for new rural construction in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Now, qualified bidders are invited to participate in the bidding.
1 Source of funds: State financial allocation, the total budget is 14.4 million yuan.
2 Content, quantity and budget of the bidding:
The total number of bids for this project is 3000 盏 solar street lights with a total budget of 14.4 million yuan. The project is divided into 4 sub-packages, each of which is 750 盏 solar street lights with a budget of 3.6 million. Bidders only need to bid for the number of 1 package, and each bidder can only win one package.
The construction period requires the supply, installation and commissioning of the equipment within 60 calendar days after the contract is signed into effect.
The delivery and installation locations are designated rural roads in the Chaoyang District of Beijing.
3 The bidders who are qualified for the qualifications and performance requirements of the bidder shall meet the following conditions:
1. In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, namely:
(1) Ability to independently assume civil liability;
(2) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
(3) Have the equipment and professional technical skills necessary to perform the contract;
(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) In the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, there were no major illegal records in the business activities; no major quality liability accidents and safety accidents occurred;
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
2. At the same time, the bidder must also meet the following qualification requirements.
(1) Bidders who have independent legal person status in China and have been officially registered in Beijing for more than one year and have the ability to provide tendered goods;
(2) The bidder shall be a manufacturer of solar photovoltaic outdoor lighting equipment, or have a qualification of three or more (including) qualifications for urban and road lighting engineering, and have an effective safety production license;
(3) The bidders have three or more similar projects in the Beijing area from 2007 to 2008, and the number of construction projects completed above 1000 (inclusive) is available for inspection (a copy of the contract with the official seal and the user must be qualified) prove);
(4) The bidder must pass the ISO9001:2008 quality system certification;
(5) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
4 bidding documents price:
The price is 400 yuan, and the tender will not be refunded after it is sold.

9 Placement of bid documents:

10. Other explanations:
